It depends on what the account is for, not how many people are on it. If you are an individual working on your own, Solo is free and stays free. If the workspace is for a company or a business — even a business with one person in it — that is a business account and it starts at $499 a month. You choose which one you are on the first screen of signup.
Not today. Paid plans run free for 30 days. Your first payment is taken the day after that period ends, and then on the same day each month. You will see the exact date before you confirm, and again in your welcome email.
So your workspace keeps running when the month ends rather than locking you out mid-week. If you cancel before the free month is up, the card is never charged.
Any time, from Billing inside your workspace. There is no lock-in contract and no exit fee. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
We will tell you when you try to add the seat that does not fit, and offer the next plan up. Nothing is upgraded and nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first.
